Over the last month I kept seeing the number 64. Within the last 2 weeks I then kept on seeing the number 423 repeatedly even many times in an hour. I looked online for an explanation but nothing made sense when I first searched back then.

Then today I found these explanations that make sense to me.

423. anepilémptos

Meaning: without reproach.

“Without blame in light of the whole picture.

Here the person (accuser) trying to seize someones character by unjustified censure is shown to be groundless, i.e. when the matter is understood in its full context.”

Blameless

For at least the last 20 years the explanation for 64 has been happening. People have been constantly trying to set me up or entrap me.

As the explanation for 423 states, when the matter is understood in its full context I am found blameless.

There are some nasty people about who need punishment with no mercy.

The reason why these numbers and explanations have come up now is because there has been another dimension shift on earth.

This message is for all the people who have experienced being set up (64) who are now revealed as being blameless (423). It took a while to get confirmation that you are blameless but now it has come.

And like I have been saying since last year about number 42 meaning an end to boasting and a time for justice, those who came against you and I are going to get what they deserve. There is no escaping. Justice will happen. Kings Landing. The king is landing. No mercy.

2021 Additional Update 

For the people who were manipulated by an accuser to hate or attempt to harm an innocent person.

 I personally find it easy to forgive you. I'm on a different mental level. A level without fear and with a focus on Eternal Life, The Source, God, the other dimension. You did not know the whole truth but you trusted the accuser 100%. So while I find it easy to forgive people who did not know the whole truth and know what was said in the complete context, this should be a lesson to always listen to both sides regardless how much you trust an accuser. In the end when the truth comes out you will likely feel very uncomfortable for hating an innocent person especially if you have never met or spoken to the innocent person before. You can easily be forgiven. Next time, don't believe everything you hear. The accuser could have had you locked up for 15 years by you harming or killing the innocent person. You would be locked up away from your family and friends and not be able to enjoy your life and go on holidays simply because you were misled. While you are behind bars, the accuser is free rubbing his or her hands together enjoying life without a care in the world, but you are locked up in prison because you got manipulated by the accuser.

As for the accuser, you are in the hands of the other dimension. Like the story of Daniel being set up and sent into the lions den, the lions never harmed him. But when he came out of the lions den, his accusers who set Daniel up were thrown into the lions den and got mauled to death.
